Binarham Editions primarily sells digital products that are delivered electronically.
Because digital products can usually be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, purchases are generally considered final once access to the digital content has been provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Refunds may be considered where:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- You purchased the wrong product accidentally and have not accessed or downloaded it.
- The file provided is materially different from the product purchased.
- A technical problem prevents you from accessing the product and we are unable to resolve the issue.
- A refund is otherwise required under applicable consumer law.
Refunds are generally not provided because:
- You changed your mind after receiving or downloading the Edition.
- You decided the material was not personally relevant to you.
- You expected content that was not promised or described on the product page.
- You purchased the product but did not read or use it.
- You were unable to complete the material.
- You shared, copied, or otherwise distributed the digital file.
